Dear Fernando!
Your moth in fact looks like Depressaria hystricella! But what I don´t know is, if there exist similar species in other families, e.g. Gelechiidae.
Depressaria hystricella in not known from Spain so far, so I would feel better if the determination could be confirmed by looking at the palps from lateral. They are so distinct, that with this additional information D. hystricella can´t be confused: second segment dark brown at lower 2/3, withish at distal 1/3, see attached photo. Maybe you have further photos, where this feature can be seen, excellent photo quality not needed for this.
By the way: had you seen the latest checklist of Spanish Depressaria sp. and Agonopterix sp.? More details here: http://www.lepiforum.de/2_forum_2017.pl?md=read;id=12015
Best wishes, Peter
