Nach der "Revised, annoted systematic checklist of the Geomtridae of Europe and adjacent areas, Vols 1-6" von HAUSMANN & SIHVONEN (2019) tritt die Art im russischen Teil des Kaukasus auf und damit bei weiter Fassung von Europa (mit dem Kaukasus-Hauptkamm und nicht der Manytsch-Niederung als Grenze zwischen den Erdteilen) auch in Europa.
