GAEDIKE & FALCK (2019: 732) informieren: “The species is named after the lack of a signum in the female genitalia.”
Typenmaterial
GAEDIKE & FALCK (2019: 732) teilen mit: “Holotype, ♂, SPAIN, Gran Canaria, Ayacata, 1400 m, 4-23-III-2019, leg. P. Falck (ZMUC).” Zur Originalbeschreibung lagen außerdem 21 Paratypen vor: 7 ♂♂ und 14 ♀♀, alle mit denselben Funddaten wie der Holotypus.
