Taxonomie
GIELIS (1996 und später in der Fauna Europaea [last update 29 August 2013, Version 2.6.2]) wertet W. phlomidactyla (= W. phlomidactylus) als Synonym zu W. obsoletus - was uns hier aber nicht zwingend erscheint, zumal von den Raupen eine andere Pflanzengattung genutzt wird.

WASSERTHAL (1970: 213): „Karia/Olymp, 800 m (u. 1800 m)/Griechenland, 15. 6. 66 (bzw. 9. 8. 65). [Material: 1 ♂ Holotypus in coll. mea, dazu 2 ♂♂ und 6 ♀♀ Paratypoide.]“
